Content on this site is general information about how Stack Equity Partners evaluates commercial real estate. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Stack Equity Partners is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Affiliations

Stack Equity Partners, StackUW and UW Markdown share a founder. Stack Equity Partners uses StackUW to underwrite its own acquisitions and contributes to the UW Markdown specification. Investors are told about this relationship before any investment.

Underwriting records and verification

Underwriting records may be signed and verified. Verification shows that a record has not changed since it was issued and that its outputs follow deterministically from its inputs. It does not establish that any assumption, estimate or extracted value is accurate, and it is not an approval or recommendation.

Entity

Stack Equity Partners will operate through Stack Equity Partners LLC, which is being formed. Details are available on request.

Privacy

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and it has no forms. The only information we receive is what you choose to email us.

Deal materials sent to deals@stackep.com are processed by an automated intake system that may use third-party AI model providers to read and organize documents. Materials received under a confidentiality agreement are handled in accordance with that agreement. Investor correspondence sent to investors@stackep.com is read by a principal and is not processed by the intake system.
